Skateboarding is an entertaining sport that people of all age groups love to watch and play. However, if you are not wearing proper skateboarding attire, your day of fun can be transformed into a painful day. Not wearing knee pads and hurting your knees during a fall is an example of this. Now, we need to protect the eyes. The best option for this is to wear sunglasses. Very few people care about eye protection and usually wear sunglasses only when they skate in a bright and sunny day. Wearing sunglasses is optional, but that definitely adds to the safety quotient. Just like eye protection, mouth protection is also optional. But wearing a mouth guard is a good idea.
